For purchases over €100, shipping costs will be free (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS ONLY).
For purchases under €100, shipping costs will be:

- Balearic Islands area: €9.95 via Correos Express.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla area: €19.95 via Correos.
- France and Italy: €14.95 via DHL.
- Azores and rest of EU zone: €29.95 via DHL.
- United Kingdom and rest of Europe: €35 via DHL.
- United States and Canada area: €49.95 via DHL Express Worldwide.
- Central and South America: €75 via DHL Express Worldwide.
- Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong: €49.95 via DHL Express Worldwide.
- Rest of countries: €99.95.
*Customs costs for the import of our orders will be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer must pay the cost of returning the items. They have 30 days to request a return. They may request a refund, which will be paid within a maximum period of 14 days.
OUTLET products can be exchanged for size depending on the availability of the item, accessory or footwear. For this type of item we cannot guarantee that we have the desired size in stock. In the event of a size change, the customer must pay the costs of returning and shipping the new item.

All prices indicated on our website are in euros, include VAT and are current, except for typographical errors. The company reserves the right to freely modify prices on the website without prior notice. It also reserves the right to correct any human or technical typographical errors that did not correctly reflect the price of an item and communicate this to the buyer before processing their order.
